LEE (Valerie Pakdeesuwan): born in Britain, she has extensive experience of the trade including barmaid. If you pass by Belle-île-en-mer or Carnac, you will encounter many people who know and appreciate her. But the beautiful Valerie had the virus for the trip and the beautiful story that bounds her to OON since 15 years made her leave everything. And it is in Koh Jum a coup de coeur made them settle there five years ago. You will surely die for that place too !

OON (Pakdee Pakdeesuwan): born in Surat Thani, this exceptional manl worked in the water sports in Koh Samui. And he was not content to seduce Valerie: From Carnac to Portsmouth, Belle-ile to Koh Jum, everyone has adopted him (or maybe it was the other way round?)
Grand cook, he masters the Thai cuisine and has succeeded in creating a magnificent card where he left his European experiences and creativity speak .

ALEC AND JOEY PAKDEESUWAN (Lucky children of the sun): born in France, they quickly adopted their second homeland and are now trilingual. They are an integral part of the team because your children will be delighted to discover a piece of Thailand thanks to them both. Those are the mascots of place.

TEAM is composed of Tiu (Chef-cook), Sao (assistant), Ho (homemaker), Lola (boat driver) and Bot (co). And I forget not to mention the bartender Bao raging at Manao Bar on the beach.
